Virginia Kahoa Kaahumanu Kaihikapumahana Ninito Wilcox (1895–1954) was related to the royal family of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Her father was military and political leader Robert Kalanihiapo Wilcox (1855–1903). Her mother was Theresa Owana Kaohelelani of the House of Laanui, a collateral branch of the House of Kamehameha. Born May 27, 1895, a few years after the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii, she was the younger sister of Robert Kalanikupuapaikalaninui Wilcox (1893–1934) and elder sister of Elizabeth Kaʻakaulani Wilcox (died young 1898).[1] Her half sisters (from her mother's first marriage) were Daisy Napulahaokalani Cartwright and Eva Kuwailanimamao Cartwright.[2]
She inherited the Wilcox estate and married John Kilioe Miller (1897–1969). Her eldest daughter was Kaihikapumahana Daisy Weaver, wife of Cliff Weaver, owner of the Spence Cliff chain of restaurants in Hawaii. Her youngest daughter was Kapiolani Gertrude Miller Toledo, a former Miss Hawaii in 1954 and traveled around the world with the original Harlem Globetrotters as a personal friend of Abe Saperstein the founder of the Globetrotters.
Returning to Hawaii, she became the owner of the Toledo Dairy, Hawaii's largest dairy farm net worth 24 million $. Her other children were Kilioe John Miller, Kahelekaapuni Virginia Castro, Kaahumanu Margeret Braines and Kalahumoku Elmer. Virginia Kahoa Kaahumanu Kaihikapumahana died on June 13, 1954.
